Enhancing your windows and doors is now more affordable than ever. The CleanBC Better Homes Income Qualified Program offers reimbursements of up to $9,500, with a maximum of $950 per window or door, when you replace your current windows or exterior doors with eligible products from HTR.

Eligibility Requirements

The rebate amount is determined by the combined income of all adults in your household and the number of people living in your home, including adults and children.

  • Combined incomes less than income Level 1 are eligible for up to 95% of upgrade costs.
  • Combined incomes less than income Level 1 are eligible for up to 60% of upgrade costs.
